Many executives are suddenly finding that their business models and strategies are not working due to tariffs, although this can happen at any time for a variety of reasons. Whether due to lack of preparation or bad luck (which can have a nasty way of reinforcing each other), many of us will be forced to take quick action under conditions of extreme uncertainty in the months ahead to survive and thrive.
To that end, a new book about getting back on track is welcome.
Many of you may have read earlier books (“Made to Stick”, “Decisive”) by the Heath brothers, Chip and Dan, on decision making and other executive challenges. Dan Heath has recently published a guide for those who are finding that once successful strategies and business models are suddenly not meeting their needs.
