Two leaders in the news this week: Elon Musk and “Weird Al” Yankovic.
“Weird Al” Yankovic?
Boomers will remember the accordion playing comic whose music videos in the 1980s and 90’s featured hilarious parodies of then popular songs (here’s a sample if you’re too young to remember) Recently, he is back in the public gaze with a very funny biopic, “Weird: The Al Yankovic Story,” with Harry Potter’s Daniel Radcliffe in the title role (now I must watch it!)
But this post is not about encouraging you to the watch the movie.
It’s about who is the better leader: Elon Musk or “Weird Al” Yankovic?
You might have trouble imagining what these two men, each an entrepreneur in his own way, could possibly have in common that warrants a comparison of leadership styles, but Susan Lucas (AKA “The Evil HR Lady”) is sure that “Weird Al” has three leadership trait that Elon lacks, but should consider cultivating.”
