There is no end to the books, speakers, consultants, and schools teaching leadership. However, the core of leadership at the end of the day is a leader and his followers. You’ve no doubt encountered people who wanted to be leaders but had not attracted followers. Usually, the followers did not show up at first. and until the first follower stepped forward, many leaders were deemed to be “lone nuts.”
