My driving passion is to enhance the lives of CEO’s throughout Long Island, strengthening the local economy by facilitating CEO groups through the Vistage peer advisory model while bringing over 40 years of successful business leadership to my group. 

My role is to select members for our peer board, coach, mentor and provide a forum for chief executives to accelerate their growth and effectiveness, helping high-integrity leaders make great decisions that benefit their companies, families and communities.

Each member of the advisory board acts as “private advisor” and part of the collective “brain trust.” The bottom line is members become better leaders, make better decisions and achieve better results.

As a Vistage Chair, I lead a private advisory board for CEOs to assist their revenue growth while they improve their relationships, create more free time and enjoy life. I personally select members and serve as a coach and facilitator in a rigorous forum for Chief Executives to accelerate their growth and impact.
