Many managers and employees are wondering how AI will impact their work lives. Harvard Business School Professor Karim Lakhani, who focuses on workplace technology, thinks that AI will be soon a required universal core competency.
In a short article and accompanying video he says that there is good news for those worried about AI but warns everyone that there can be bad news as well. He cautions that “AI Won’t Replace Human- But Humans With AI will Replace Humans without AI.”
